Studio Policies

To ensure a full refund, we require a minimum of 10 days’ notice for cancellations on all floral statements except Designer’s Choice. Designer’s Choice floral statements can be canceled up to 36 hours prior to delivery. This is because we initiate the order process with farms and wholesalers and efforts are underway to bring your selections to life. Cancellations beyond this timeframe will not be eligible for a refund or credit.  

Several flower types exhibit hyper-seasonal characteristics, making them exclusively accessible during specific months each year.

Should a product be unavailable, we adhere to a practice of substituting with the next most suitable option while preserving the original design vision, particularly in terms of color palette and floral variety.

In our approach to flower substitutions, it is our policy to consistently replace with blooms of equal or superior value.

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your blooms and shoot over a couple photos of the sadness to [email protected]

Why do we ask for photos? We ask for photos not as a lack of trust but to enhance our understanding and improve our service for future occasions. The images help us analyze and address issues more effectively. Regrettably, we cannot arrange redelivery of replacement flowers if the originals are disposed of or images are unavailable.

In the event we can confirm a product arrived damaged, our obligation will be to replace that product, or, if we determine we are unable to provide a replacement, we may in our sole discretion decide to issue a refund.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the same payment method and may take up to 5 business days for electronic refunds.
