• Comments left on our social media pages, or that use our hashtags or reference our accounts

• Phone numbers: If you provide your phone number, we may use it to send SMS messages related to your order, inquiries, or customer care. We do not share, sell, or disclose phone numbers to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

SMS Communications

• If you receive SMS messages from us about your order, you may opt out at any time by replying “STOP”. For assistance, you can reply “HELP”. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply.

We also collect personal information through our business operations:

Cult of Bloom does not handle payment card information such as credit card numbers. When you put a card number into the Website, you are providing it directly to our payment-processing vendor(s) who maintain sole responsibility for processing, storage, and security of information. 

Our website is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

• To send marketing communications to our customers who have opted in to receive them  (You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link in our emails)
