Cult of Bloom operates as an exclusive flower studio and is not open to the public. Our floral statements and unique pairings are exclusively available for delivery Austin-wide. The fastest and easiest way to order flowers for Austin-wide delivery is through our website at cultofbloom.com.
You have the flexibility to place an order up to one year in advance. Many of our arrangements feature rare varieties sourced directly from farms and wholesalers, requiring advanced reservations. Those designs will indicate their own individual turnaround time to produce & deliver. A small selection of our catalog is available for same day delivery if ordered by 10 AM CST Monday thru Saturday. View the selection here: Same Day Flowers
We don’t fulfill custom orders. Our joy lies in presenting a curated selection of designs that embody our studio’s aesthetic and the season’s finest offerings. Our commitment is to deliver fresh blooms in adventurous palettes that are sure to delight you + your cherished ones.
Track your order via two-stage email updates. First, a confirmation email summarizes your entered details. Second, receive an email upon bloom delivery. For order issues, you’ll get an email if there’s time, or expect a call during crunch time as we work to make your floral desires come to life. If you have any questions, you can respond to the order confirmation email or shoot a fresh email referencing your order number to [email protected].
For delivering to workplaces, opt for a Monday delivery and choose a vase arrangement. This way, the recipient can enjoy the beauty of the blooms throughout the entire workweek and form a plan for how to safely get them home. Selecting a vase arrangement ensures they won’t need to worry about finding a vase at their workplace.
For occasions like anniversaries or birthdays, consider having them arrive one to two days before the big day. There’s a good chance you’ll be the first to convey your wishes, and the recipient can relish the anticipation and start their special day feeling cherished. Sending on the day itself might pose delivery challenges, potentially delaying the joy. However, it’s never too late to send flowers. If you miss a birthday or anniversary, a belated delivery can still mark the occasion beautifully. Another opportune time to send flowers is after someone returns from being out of town, vs. before they go out of town. There’s something truly special about coming back to a bouquet of blooms.
For congratulations, send your floral statement as soon as you hear about a fantastic reason to celebrate, whether it’s for someone else or yourself, to extend the joy of the occasion. If the celebration is tied to a future event, like a ballet or musical performance, or a graduation, we recommend reserving at least two weeks in advance. This allows us the time needed to source those rare and special blooms!
For sympathy or condolences, it’s thoughtful to send flowers as soon as you hear about the loss, providing comfort and support. Give us a call and see if we can deliver the same day you order. There’s a chance we’ll be able to make it happen. If you’re uncertain about what to write, a simple and heartfelt message like “We’re thinking of you. We love you.” can convey your sincere condolences and offer solace during a challenging period.
For saying thank you, aim to send flowers within a week of receiving the kindness.
For self enjoyment and care, anytime is perfect to treat yourself to blooms!
We always recommend ordering ahead; if there’s no rush, two weeks is the most ideal because it gives us time to plan something truly special and reserve your blooms in advance from farms and wholesalers.

Lead times are based on the specific design. The system restricts date selection for days when we are either closed, at full capacity with orders, or if it the design requires more time to source and prepare. We are closed on Sundays, except for special floral holidays of Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day. During high-volume floral holidays like Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day, once we reach our order limit for the day, we are unable to accept additional orders.
For Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day orders, note that delivery is only available the day of, or one or two days before the holiday.
Our deliveries go out between 9 AM and 7 PM on Monday – Saturday. During peak times, deliveries might run a bit later. We handle all deliveries personally and cannot guarantee a delivery time. If, however, the address is a business, our goal is to deliver before 5 pm.
Generally, we are unable to guarantee any morning deliveries. Mornings are typically used to create our floral statements. We always recommend considering sending the flowers the day before the special occasion.
As you’re checking out on our website, you will be asked what your preferences are in case we can’t reach the recipient.
For deliveries to houses:
Weather permitting, we can leave the flowers at the door and text the recipient. If weather doesn’t permit, we won’t leave the flowers and will schedule a redelivery for the following day. A $15 charge will apply and we’ll attempt a second delivery the same or next day. If you’re OK with this arrangement, be sure to select “Leave it by the door + text recipient” when you check out.
For delivery to apartments and condos:
If the concierge accepts delivery, we leave the flowers with them, or, with permission from the building staff, at the door. Note that not all concierges accept flowers. If no access is possible, we’ll leave a voicemail for the recipient and attempt redelivery the next day. A $15 charge will apply, and we’ll attempt a second delivery.
Important: Flowers are alive! We can attempt redelivery only once. If we can’t reach the recipient again, we’ll contact you. We cannot issue refunds for undelivered orders.
Yes, within limits. Check out our Cancellation policy here.
Flower availability undergoes weekly variations all through the year. The images presented may not consistently mirror the present season. The further out you can reserve your flowers, the better chance we can source most varieties. We recommend 2 weeks out. This timeframe provides us with the optimal opportunity to procure your blossoms at the most favorable cost. While an absolute match to the photograph cannot be guaranteed, our images effectively showcase the dimensions, style, and pricing of our creations.
Rest assured, we will use the best mother nature has to offer that week, ensuring a hyper-seasonal floral statement. Trust us, the most stunning floral expressions come to life when our designers can unleash their creativity without limitations.
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your blooms and shoot over a couple photos of the sadness to [email protected]. Why do we ask for photos? We ask for photos not as a lack of trust but to enhance our understanding and improve our service for future occasions. The images help us analyze and address issues more effectively. Regrettably, we cannot arrange redelivery of replacement flowers if the originals are disposed of or images are unavailable.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the same payment method and may take up to 10 business days for electronic refunds.
