Cancellation Policy

At Cult of Bloom, we take pride in crafting each arrangement with care and attention to detail. Our cancellation policy ensures fairness while reflecting the time, resources, and dedication we invest in your order.

Regular Orders

  • Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund.
  • Beyond this window, cancellations are not eligible for refunds due to the perishable nature of flowers, preparation costs, and the opportunity cost of reserving your delivery slot.

Wedding & Large Event Orders

  • Cancellations are accepted within 48 hours of placing your order for a full refund.
  • After 48 hours, refunds are not available as we begin sourcing specialty blooms and dedicating resources specifically to your event.

Substitution Policy

In rare cases where specific flowers or materials are unavailable, we will substitute them with the closest match to ensure your arrangement stays true to the original design vision. Substitutions will maintain the intended color palette and overall aesthetic while preserving the quality and beauty of your blooms.
