Our Promise

Cult of Bloom stands behind our commitment to satisfaction. We work hard to deliver every arrangement as described, using high-quality blooms and ensuring careful handling throughout. While flowers are perishable and each bloom is unique due to the influence of Mother Nature, we’re committed to providing a beautiful product that meets your expectations.

If you are not satisfied with your blooms, you can contact us within 48 hours by emailing us a couple photos of the arrangement to [email protected]. Any dissatisfaction with freshness must be communicated within 48 hours of delivery.

We will replace the arrangement or, if we determine we cannot provide a replacement, we may issue a refund at our sole discretion.

For quality control, we may request to collect the original flowers. Unfortunately, we cannot arrange redelivery of replacement flowers if the originals are disposed of, or images are unavailable.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the same payment method and may take up to 10 business days for electronic refunds.
