This really depends on the design. We have a few designs available exclusively for same-day delivery. Some of our more intricate designs require 7-days notice to fulfill. All other designs can be delivered within 24 hours.

FFF Designer’s Choice is always available for same-day delivery if ordered before 10 AM CST.

For deliveries to houses:

Weather permitting, we can leave the flowers at the door and text the recipient. If weather doesn’t permit, we won’t leave the flowers and will schedule a redelivery for the following day. A $15 charge will apply and we’ll attempt a second delivery the same or next day. If you’re OK with this arrangement, be sure to select “Leave it by the door + text recipient” when you check out.

For delivery to apartments and condos:

If the concierge accepts delivery, we leave the flowers with them, or, with permission from the building staff, at the door. Note that not all concierges accept flowers. If no access is possible, we’ll leave a voicemail for the recipient and attempt redelivery the next day. A $15 charge will apply, and we’ll attempt a second delivery.

Important: Flowers are alive! We can attempt redelivery only once. If we can’t reach the recipient again, we’ll contact you. We cannot issue refunds for undelivered orders.

For such locations, Cult of Bloom will call the recipient to arrange a flower delivery Austin before leaving the studio. This ensures that the recipient is present at the location and can come out to receive the delivery. If you have concerns about it potentially spoiling the surprise, rest assured that rather than diminishing the surprise, it will add an element of anticipation as they await their gift!

No, we do not use floral foam in our designs. Floral foam is made from petroleum and is not reusable, biodegradable, or recyclable. So we nix the foam and instead employ eco-friendly methods to ensure our arrangements are beautiful and sustainable. Our approach is to create designs that are both fresh and environmentally conscious. To ensure the freshest flowers for your delivery, we choose not to use onsite coolers. Instead, we visit the market only after you place your order. This approach allows us to select the best blooms available and deliver them at their peak freshness. Additionally, we use a special wax spray to coat the flowers, which helps prevent moisture loss from the petals, extending the life of your blooms.

Unfortunately, we do not offer pickup services. We operate a private flower studio that’s closed to the public.
